	Diamond Springs Vineyard is an artisanal vineyard situated on a 40-acre ranch along the Cosumnes River in the Sierra Foothills of El Dorado County. Our gravelly river soil and south-facing slopes, nestled beneath high canyon walls, provide the perfect microclimate for growing Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and Tuscan olives. We have the good fortune of teaming with Winemaker Bill Easton of Domain de la Terre Rouge and Vineyard Manager Bill Naylor of Naylor Farms who have used natural methods to produce a notable estate grown Bordeaux styled wine revealing the local terroir. We also produce olive oil using natural methods from a blend of four Tuscan varietals grown in our own orchards.
