Shows real class, with ripe flavors of blackberries and currants, and fine smooth, complex tannins..." — 90pts. Wine Enthusiast Magazine, June, 2010. This mountain Cabernet shows great potential with a delicious black currant/cassis fruit flavors infused with cedar. Its mineral river stone origins are apparent. It finishes with a refined tannic grip and alcohol in balance. The aromas suggest: cedar, cassis, wood smoke, graphite, baking spices, herbs, olives, crème brulée, toffee, spiced black cherries, with a whiff of mint. 300 cases produced.
